With over 30 years of HR and talent management experience, Michelle Dvorkin joined 91¾«Ñ¡ in April 2019. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she oversees Human Resources, HR Operations, and Global Facilities. Previously, Dvorkin was the EVP, HR at XO Group, where she developed a global HR strategy, launched the international HR team, led acquisitions, improved benefits and compensation, and designed the talent management system. Michelle’s career began with a 10-year tenure at advertising and marketing agency Primedia, Inc and has included work at AppNexus, SAP Global Marketing, AOL Advertising, and Ogilvy & Mather. In the startup landscape, Michelle served as HR Director at Quigo Technologies, Healthology, and Lot 18, where she built HR practices and operational infrastructures from scratch and laid the foundation for the companies’ growth and success. Michelle currently serves on the Executive Board as Vice President for her local NY Public Library and holds two committee positions, HR and Tennis, at the New York Athletic Club. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Labor Relations with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Cornell University. In 2015, Michelle became a Certified Executive and Organizational Coach, completing Columbia University’s intensive Coaching Certification Program.
